Approach The approach adopted by LearnDevelop is to achieve positive and measurable results for clients by working in partnership and directly aligning people development with organisational objectives to maximise individual, team and organisational performance. Individuals and teams are helped to gain recognition through the completion of tailored learning focussed on measurable return on investment. As such a systematic approach to leadership and management development is used and a framework of leadership and management standards and competencies is central to the effective development of managers to encourage a learning culture within your organisation. There is a commitment to the principle of developing individuals in the workplace through the use of National Occupational Standards using qualifications from two awarding bodies namely The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) and, where appropriate, recognise that development through formal accreditation results in the achievement of qualifications.
